Cranky Large Medium reading, 10 March

Go away.

What is keeping you from going? Don't you have somewhere else you should be -- somewhere people don't resent your presence, for example? Hmmph. So, in other words, in your mind, you're supposed to be here. Well, in my mind, we should keep this visit to a minimum, so, what can I do to abbreviate it? You want a reading? Ah, but of course. And if I give it to you, you'll be happy and go away, correct? Wunderbar! Here you are:
You have a keen understanding of human nature, so why did you come to pester me, again? At least you are willing to be led by suggestion, rather than by force, which means I can continue to think of you as gullible. You manage to keep your friends, if you make any; and love, should you figure out how to find it, can last a lifetime. But good luck with that. You like to travel extensively, and keep your face from being recognized as you go into post offices.
Are you happy, now? Of course not. But then, you don't need to be happy to leave. All you have to do is remember two things: I don't have furniture for you to stay here, and your life is a great improvement on what these people have, all of whom, on this date in history, went to dust: Arghun, Tvrtko I, Giuseppe Mazzini, Harriet Tubman, Kijūrō Shidehara, Konstantin Chernenko, Rembert Dodoens, Johann Rudolf Glauber, William Henry Bragg, Frits Zernike, Minoru Shirota, John Denham, Taras Shevchenko, Muzio Clementi, Carl Reinecke, Delores "LaVern" Baker, Dave Schulthise aka Dave Blood, Danny Joe Brown, Ray Milland, Lloyd Bridges, June Marlowe, James Rector, Bob Nieman, Ernie Ladd, Charles Frederick Worth, Zelda Fitzgerald, Dave Allen, Richard Jeni,
and Andy Gibb.

Mind is thicker than ever...
Happy birthday, anyway.
