Cranky Large Medium reading, 9 January

Go away.

What are you still standing there for? It's not as if I made you welcome here, is it, now? So. Why haven't you gone? Oh, right. You want your reading. Well, here you are:
You are naive and gullible, especially about the motives ad actions of others. It's people like you who keep reelecting all those politicians year after year. You haven't yet figured out that the only way for you -- or anybody -- to succeed is by recognizing that each person is the master of his own success. So stop blaming whoever it is you're blaming for your troubles and get off your fat duff. Or, at any rate, quit kvetching and leave the rest of us out of your pity fest.
Are you happy, now? Of course not. That's not in your nature, is it? Well, look at it this way: you're better off by far than these people, all of whom, on this date in history, returned to nature the hard way: Emperor Xizong of Jin, Wen Tianxiang, Amago Haruhisa, Noble Wimberly Jones, Anson Jones, Napoleon III, Louis Bertrand Castel, Maria Gaetana Agnesi, William Hedley, Caroline Herschel, Émile Reynaud, Pyotr Sergeyevich Novikov, Kenichi Fukui, Thomas Birch, Katherine Mansfield, Countee Cullen, Elsie J. Oxenham, Emily Greene Balch, Aernout van der Neer, Wilhelm Busch, Ted Shawn, Johann Strauss III, John Gilbert, Arthur Lake, Steve Brodie, Peter Cook, Jesse White, Elmer Flick, Bill Terry, Spud Chandler, Johnny Temple, Aaron Lufkin Dennison, Houston Stewart Chamberlain, Karl Mannheim, Ted Jones, Johnny Grant,
and Marion Hutton.

Jim Jam Jump like heck.
Happy birthday, anyway.
