Cranky Large Medium reading, 17 December

Go away.

Are you gone, yet? Why not? Don't you have a life, somewhere far, far away? One can only hope, I suppose. Well, then, if you're not going away, maybe I can offer you some incentive... such as ... hmmm... Oh, well, I might as well give you your reading, then. Here you are:
You are quiet, moody and impractical. In order for you to be happy, you require a deep and constant love; you'll have to get that from yourself, since I'm not connected wit anybody willing to do that for you. You might be considered bright, but you mostly settle for comfortable. You have very few real friends. It's probably your fault.
Are you happy, now? Of course not. You can only be happy if you get that true love. Well, sorry about that, Chief, it'll never happen again. At least you have it better than these people, all of whom, on this date in history, found true ends: Emperor Ankan, Pope Gregory VIII, Simón Bolívar, William Thomson, 1st Baron Kelvin, Elizabeth Garrett Anderson, Alicia Boole Stott, Victor Franz Hess, Thubten Gyatso, Mawlānā Jalāl ad-Dīn Muḥammad Balkhī aka Rumi, Dorothy L. Sayers, Rex Elvie Allen, Grover Washington, Jr., Thomas Mitchell, Jack Perrin, Dana Andrews, Rex Allen, James Hazeldine, Frank Gotch, Otto Graham, Larry Sherry
and Don Ellis.

He's no Gabriel -- or is he?
Happy birthday, anyway.
