IMAO brings to our attention this genius idea about bringing lions & elephants to our Plains.
Sure. We don't have enough great big predators and 1-ton+ greenery consumers on this continent that we're trying really hard to bring back from the brink of extinction. But why stop with transplanting the lions and elephants to just the Plains? I mean, Nebraska and Kansas shouldn't be selfish. There's lots of land that nobody is using, to the south -- perfect for letting lions roam freely. And there's bound to be enough vegetation for herds and herds of elephants all along our left coast.
