Illinois State Police claim Virginia lab botched DNA tests

After this news from WQAD, I'm coming to the point of questioning the practice of state executions.

If we can't trust the ethics and practices of those who support the legal systems, we can't rely on the courts to be just. And that just sucks.

If any innocent person has been imprisoned based upon Bode Technology's fiddling, the private citizen should be able to fiscally take it out of the hides of those jackasses in Virginia, and the State of Illinois needs to look into suing Bode for fraud, at the least, for their charging huge sums for flawed data (and not just for reimbursement. Dicking around with justice is something that calls for punitive measures).
