Earworm of the Day: Don't Cha Go Away Mad

I am being punished by The Allergen. She enters the room and sits at the far corner, glares at me, then turns her back to me and sits stiffly on her heating pad.

Cats can stay mad for weeks, for the slightest insult. But she can't go away. She's an indoor cat. Also, she knows I'm her best snuggle spot, and I watch over her – and the latter is why she's mad. I had to give her a flea treatment. I didn't want her to continue to be bitten  (she was already too shy).

Maybe she'll forgive me before tomorrow. Maybe I'll have this song out of my head and into yours before then.
