Cranky Large Medium reading, 1 March

Go away.

Why are you still here, then? What possible motive could one have to dawdle about on my hillside, knowing you are far from welcome? Ah, you came for something. A reading. Well, I suppose you could have been different from the others, but that would require something special.... Well, here you are, then:
You have definite artistic tendencies which your family has been good at quashing, with good reason. You have faith in yourself -- more the fool, you. You are honest, frank, good-natured... criminy! How annoying! I could pop you upside the head right now. Instead, I'll just warn you, you'll probably end up in a deep and abiding entanglement.
Are you happy, now? Of course not. Happy is for clams. At least you have the good sense to realize you have a whole lot better than these people, all of whom, on this date in history, hopped a freight to the everlastin': Gruffydd ap Llywelyn Fawr, Leopold II, Francesco Redi, Peter Barlow, Isaac Todhunter, Jacobus Henricus van 't Hoff, Fritz Houtermans, Edwin H. Land, Georges J.F. Kohler, Saint David, George Wishart, Hermann Samuel Reimarus, Bernardo Accolti, Thomas Campion, George Herbert, Edward Moore, George Grossmith, Luigi Vanvitelli, ... Girolamo Frescobaldi, Georg Christoph Wagenseil, Robert Henry "Bobby" Timmons, Johnny Jackson, Joe Besser, Emil Frederick "Irish" Meusel, Wilhelmina Behmenburg Cooper,
and John Leslie "Jackie" Coogan.

Go easy on the party attitude, there.
Happy birthday, anyway.
