Drawn from the same small corner of the gene pool?

I don't know if anybody else has noticed the resemblance, but I think I've found the perfect guy to play Al Swearengen in flashbacks to his youth, if they do more episodes of Deadwood.

Doesn't this Rufus Sewell guy look awfully much like Ian McShane in his Lovejoy days?
