Cranky Large Medium reading, 7 October

Go away.

Are you still here? Is there no end to my torment? And I suppose you want me to tell you all about yourself -- as if you couldn't figure it out for yourself, if you took a few minutes.

Ah, well. If it will get me my quiet time sooner, here goes:
You are uptight, suffer an overweening sense of duty, and lack tact (join the club!). Nose to the books and print media, you're able to spout off about what you read, and occasionally hit the target. Do not marry young; you're not that good a judge of character, right now.
So. There. I'd say you got what you asked for. Well, at least you're doing better than all these people who bought the farm on this date in history: Charles the Simple (no relation), Lionel of Antwerp, George Mason, Alfred Deakin, Rudolf Lipschitz, Clarence Birdseye, Jacques Sirmond, Guru Gobind Singh, John Woolman, Henry Muhlenberg, George Gascoigne, Giovanni Battista Guarini, Edgar Allan Poe, Oliver Wendell Holmes, Sr., Radclyffe Hall, Herbert L. Block, Cristóbal de Morales, Smiley Lewis, Charles Rocket, Christy Mathewson, Leo Durocher, Norman Angell, Wally George, Ken Bigley, Anna Politkovskaya,
and Mario Lanza.

This drink could use some Grenadine.
Happy birthday, anyway.
