Friday Catblog: Maus... Bad(et).

Maus seems to be improbable, here, doesn't she? This is more than suspension of disbelief.

Here she is, floating, floating....

What she's really doing is keeping an eye on me while I sit and do my crossword puzzles, in the room of rest.

She's not bad, she merely badet, like a good German-American person's kitteh always does.

Of course, it doesn't hurt that she does so, sitting in the bathtub, while I'm otherwise occupied nearby. Meanwhile, I reach across to turn on the shower, ever-so-low, so that a little spritz comes out and hisses at her...

She does test it with her paw, a couple of times, before she decides it's not a bad thing to have this running water stuff...

Maus seems to indicate that it tastes better than her toes do.
