Students graduate after flunking exam 10 times

It looks as though Boston has a couple of students who could teach California a thing or two: Nicole Pasquarelli and Ruth Nazoliny failed the requisite exams, and did not graduate with their classmates three years ago, but they kept at it until the succeeded. They studied, and took the exams ten times before they finally got scores high enough to allow them the honor and privilege of graduation. This, in comparison to the kids in CA who sued rather than try to improve themselves.

If I were still a teacher, which bunch would I want to be working with -- the kids who work their anatomies off, even when they know their scores continue to stink, just so they can finally say they accomplished something worthwhile, or the ones who whine when things don't go their way?
I dunno. Hmmmm.

Maybe I should ask a few teachers...
