What one politician would do with a pile of carp

IL State Senator Mike Jacobs says something has to be done with the superabundance of Asian carp in our waterways. He's proposing that the state of IL fund a joint project between the taxpayers and the Midwest's biggest wholesale fish supplier...

Sounds a little... dodgy, to me.
