Why I'm glad I didn't go to Columbia College Chicago

If this is the sort of subject matter they deem appropriate to display at an art show today:
"including an image called "Patriot Act" which shows President Bush with a gun pointed at his head,"
I am hereby grateful I spent my formative years in a slightly more rational, less inflammatory place and time.

I don't care what your politics are, propaganda depicting the proposed assassination of ANY nation's leader is pornography of the worst kind. Unless Columbia College was displaying this crap in just such a context, then they are purveyors of filth, themselves, and ought to be ashamed.

Of course, they wouldn't be. If they're anything like the majority of today's college profs (especially outside the science & business departments), they're too convinced that Bush is the Spawn of Satan to admit that their hands may be dirtier than his... and shame isn't in their personal lexicon.
