My slogging through local news articles for my own amusement has finally given itself a national outlet here, however briefly: I get credit for my contribution to the Best of the Web Today on the Opinion Journal -- see the very last news article on the page, "The Accidental Governor".

I'm savoring the moment. I doubt I will be so lucky again.
Still, I can strive to be the eternal optimist. Dang. Back to reading, I guess....
