Blessed are the Cheesemakers

True Nauvoo Blue Cheese is coming backaccording to this.

It was once the nicest cheese made in a 300-mile radius of my home. And, it used to be relatively inexpensive, until the big corporate guys got their hands on it.

I hope these new guys can make a go of the revival.
Otherwise, I'll have to drive up to Wisconsin to get the good stuff, and then I'll have to load up my trunk with coolers full of University of Wisconsin ice cream, too, and I don't know where I'd store it safely... dammit, I'm hungry, now, for a grilled Stilton sandwich on sourdough.




Boy, for a lactose-intolerant person, I sure do obsess over good dairy products.
