Here's a little promotional/advice booklet from 1938. I must admit, from the herbal tonic/diuretic to the horoscopes to the questionable dream interpretations, there wasn't a darn thing in it I, personally, would find particularly useful. But it is amusing.
And the front cover artwork is kinda nice.
