Limbaugh's doctor had prescribed the Viagra, but it was "labeled as being issued to the physician rather than Mr. Limbaugh for privacy purposes," Roy Black, Limbaugh's attorney, said in a statement.
One: Who gives a rat's aunt frances what Rush has in his suitcase? Has its use or possession been made illegal? Was it hurting anybody?
Two: Would you treat anybody who wasn't overtly conservative this way? How about, say, if a Kennedy were found to be under the influence of something? You'd accept his explanation, and leave him alone as he went through rehab for the forty-seven zillionth time this year.
But Rush and anybody else on the planet with whom you find you disagree -- well, that's obviously another matter!
Do you all have some problem with the whole issue of personal privacy? If so, then why not just come out and declare that nobody has a right to privacy, especially if you have consulted a doctor for anything in your lives? If not, why are so many of your leaders pressing so hard, as Michelle Malkin points out, for a "privacy bill of rights"?
Grow the hell up.
