He's roving on the other side of the Pond, this season, and has come across mussel farms in Kilarry Fjord in Ireland.

This begs spawns* the question from a Midwesterner: how tough is the job of bivalve farmer? (scroll down)

It also brings up a simple observation: I love a man with mussels.
