Today's earworms: a tumble(weed) of western themes

It usually starts with a some wind from Oregon blowin' up a cañon,
shortly thereafter shifting gears into plain farce,
 and ending up with

before it starts all over again...

Funny, I never seem to fall into the "Lone Ranger" trap.  Except for the "A fiery horse with the speed of light, a cloud of dust,  and a hearty hi-yo Silver!"...

For some reason, I hear that & it makes my heart race every time the Metropolitan Opera Channel on Sirius starts to play Rossini's "William Tell."  Can't explain.
