Bill Ruggles of Galesburg, IL, was the husband of a friend of mine, Karen, whom I met through the Warren County Doll Club. Karen has long been a light in the club, and a lively soul all around, with Bill supporting her wonderful doll madness in a way only a few men would.
For some long years, now, Bill had struggled with his health -- most notably heart trouble and diabetes.
I have been informed that he passed away last night.
Please keep Karen in your thoughts and prayers.
