I'm still having a hard time wrapping my heart around yesterday's events -- so difficult is it that I've avoided watching the news coverage, I've avoided checking in on the news blogs, and I'm doing my best to keep busy on other things.
Lucky for me I have a bunch of graphics deadlines coming up, and a column to get out.
I hope nobody is making political hay out of the tragedy. I'd like to spend a few hours believing that this sort of thing can make people stop and think, first, and be decent to their fellow human beings as darkness rises.
