Yay! Monmouth College Marching Band is growing!

Monmouth Scots see their traditional marching band take root and grow, for the first time since the 1950s. And, more importantly, soon they will no longer have to march in their jammies:

The band also is getting new uniforms that feature a plaid sash.

Of course, nobody has said anthing about the potential impact -- perhaps even an ugly in-house rivalry -- this may have on the real Monmouth Scots pep band. (Those kilts certainly put some pepper in my chowder!)
