Captain Ed has said what I've been thinking for some time, now, about recriminations toward the pre-9/11 presidential administrations: Let's Give It A Rest.
It is history. We can't fix what has already been done. Blaming and pointing fingers does nobody but our enemies any good. It is time to stop whining and whingeing and saying, "He didn't...". It is time to get on with the job of fixing what was broken -- in both parties, and in pretty much the entire modern Western sociopolitical structure -- and get a life.
Of course, Mr. Morrissey says it much better.
