"M-R supports hold harmless funding".
Reading this headline from the Daily Review Atlas* made me wonder, what do those M-R supports look like, that they could hold harmless funding? Are they like a big bucket, or more like a pair of hands? I tend to think hands, since they're also supports, and, hey, my hands often support my head, when I'm tired... kinda like at the end of a long day of writing piffle....
(It's hard to type with your elbows, though.)
Anybody else have a theory as to what M-R supports might look like? I'd love to hear it.
