This DRUDGE REPORT FLASH shows that members of the Left are serious in their aim for a truly classless society.
At the funeral for the Great Lady, Coretta Scott King, the Reverend (and I must use that term loosely) Joseph Lowery used his moment of eulogizing the fine woman to make a political statement against the current presidential administration, while said administration's chief sat directly behind the minister. He received booming applause. So much for celebrating Mrs. King's great works toward racial unity, so much for civility and decency marking the end of her days on earth.
A little later, former president James Earl Carter took the stage, puffed himself up, and blamed Bush for the damage Hurricane Katrina had done. Ah, yes, the old "Bush is God, and he's a racist" had to be brought up at a celebration of the life of a woman who had worked hard to ease racial tensions. Of course, the words came from the man who wore sweaters and sneakers during his stint in the Oval Office, so we already knew he lacked a sense of decorum. But who could know, back when we VOTED HIM OUT OF OFFICE in 1980, that he would turn out to be the completely vulgar dimwitted dhimmi cracker that he is today? He lusted in his heart, he was scared by a bunny (it wasn't even the killer rabbit), and under his administration we faced an Iranian declaration of war which Carter responded to by pretty much whining "can't we all just get along?", and we're supposed to listen to him, at this funeral, tell our current president how to run the office Carter consistently undermined from his own first day there?
This is beyond classless. It's Carterian.
