Flintstones' car clinic?

I don't know how I missed it (other than it was in the local paper, the Daily Review Atlas, opposite my column*), but this headline ran on 23 December on page 5 of the print edition.

I'm still trying to figure out who in this town has a Flintstone-mobile. My own (a 1971 Ford Maverick) went to the auto boneyard seventeen years ago. What need could anybody possibly have for this?


* which the editors very kindly print weekly, at no cost to me.
