Medical Breakthrough -- Bat Saliva for Stroke

According to our local ABC affiliate's report, bat spit could help save & improve lives. It seems that vampire bat spittle contains a really spiffy anticoagulant, and may help prevent secondary strokes, plus ease the severity of ones as they happen.

Neat. I've been telling Mom for years that her being an old bat isn't such a bad thing...


Now, if they could only find a use (other than hair styling) for kitty spitty, Peanut and I woud be set for life..
