Can our politicians be simply anti-Muslim?

Since the banning of piglet from tissue boxes in England, and countless other porcine points of offense removed from public and private spaces, I've begun to wonder if, perhaps, our House and Senate may simply be making a religious/political statement in all their pork-barrel spending? After all, aren't we hearing about porkbusters from a number of different media sources? Can it be that, in all that obscene spending in D.C., they might be looking out for our majority faiths? Is Obama really saying, "Nyah nyah nyah" to Osama?

Nah. But it's a nice fantasy, isn't it?
