It seems that, in writing some of my column a couple of weeks ago, I was on the same wavelength as Michael Barone:Bush bashing fizzles.
After discussing this topic with some friends last evening at dinner, I went home thinking about how many times the Democrats and their media allies have tried to set fire to the President, and nothing seems to catch flame. They simply lack the ammo. I came to the conclusion that they're hoping against hope he'll go down in a blaze of glowworms.
