Fugitive found after phone prank

Happy news from our local ABC affiliate: "43-year-old Ralph Woolam got more than he bargained for when he tried to play a prank on the cops. Police say he made a dozen phony 9-1-1 calls from his grandfather's home in Davenport. When police arrived, they did a background check and found out Woolam was wanted for murder in Panama City, Florida. He is in the Scott County jail awaiting extradition to Florida."

This guy is living proof of what Dad always says: "If they had any brains, they wouldn't end up being criminals."
