According to this article from KWQC's site, bunches of supposed grown-ups in Dubuque, IA, not only failed to notify police that a 53-year-old man was shtupping a 13-year-old girl, but many of these fine people aided and abetted him, providing him with a place for both to sleep, and apparently keeping her doped up on crack cocaine.
Her father had filed a "missing" report back in February... after she had been gone for A WEEK. What's the story THERE?
