Originally, the IL legislature was talking about requiring all its official deisel-operated vehicles to run on 50% biofuel, but House Bill 112is a plan to amend that ratio to 2%. Are we ever going to wean ourselves off of Arab oil?
Still, I will now have fantasies of driving up to a state vehicle and saying, "Is it just me, or do you smell doughnuts?"
